Warn users to buy more than 3 o-rings as they often snap on insertion

In my experience the o-rings somewhat frequently snap during insertion, this has been discussed before and kit suppliers provide spare o-rings in kits, but the BOM specifies 3 o-rings and people frequently order just 3 based on that. Is there a gitbuilding sensible way to include the warning about o-rings snapping and recommendation to get spares in the BOM?
