Notes on c270 camera dissassembly

From Abdul Mahdi using the instructions:

It is not clear that the wires should be broken off only if they still attached to the board. In this case both wires came off the board in the first step and were still attached to the microphone.

The glue holding the lens was too strong to allow it to be unscrewed by hand. Gentle grip with pliers on the knurled part of the lens was needed.

In assembling the lens spacer onto the camera platform, the instructions call for three No 1 self-tapping screws. These are saved in the previous page, but it is not clear that this instruction refers to the saved screws. The screwdriver called for in the assembly step is ~1 pozidrive in the instructions. It should be #0 Phillips, as in the disassembly.
