Rename pi_stand to electronics_drawer

pi_stand has caused some confusion. The name refers to the holder for the electronics, which might reasonably be understood as a drawer. I think renaming this part to electronics_drawer would help. Then, the different versions would be electronics_drawer_pi4_sangaboard4 etc.
