OpenSCAD/readme.md out of date

A quick read of openscad/readme.md suggests that I wrote it, which means it's appropriate to the pre-big-cleanup version of the source. This could do with updating. Not a critical problem, but also not that hard to fix, at least for someone who already knows their way around the source...
