Backup Data

Currently to back up a microscope we need to use an SSH based tool (SCP, Rsync, etc) or download everything one by one in the web UI.

It would be good to have a WebApp triggered backup solution. I assume zipping everything would be a bit of a problem as the zips for a single scan can already get quite intense. We may need to require that the backup be done with an external drive.
