Completed scan shows in UI, with broken cancel button

Summary

When running a scan, if the webapp is closed and re-opened, when the scan ends, the option to start another scan is replaced with a CANCEL button that doesn't do anything

Configuration

• Sever version: v3
• Release/Branch: v3
• Hardware Configuration:
  • Raspberry Pi Camera v2
  • Sangaboard v0.5

Steps to reproduce

• Open the webapp in Connect or a browser
• start a scan.
• Close and reopen the Connect or the browser.
• Cancel the scan.
• Close the after scan menu that asks if you want to download the zip.

Tab will now only have option to cancel rather than having an action button. The cancel button doesnt do anything doesn't do anything

This be fixed by reloading webapp
