Caching issues

There are a number of caching issues.

• When showing previews of stitched scans in the webapp, the thumbnails are currently cached by the GUI. If we delete a scan, then run a new scan with the same name, the thumbnail we show in the scans tab is the previous cached version (!397 (merged) fixes this)
• When moving to the new logs that are sent as text, the old logged file is shown if the browser cache is not cleared

How do we configure which endpoints are cached?

Caching of thumbnails applies while the window stays open and isn't refreshed, so going from Scan List to any other tab and back will not refresh. Need concrete examples of things that are cached in between windows loading
