Adding micro-manager support

Hi! :)

Summary

I was wondering if it'd be possible to use an OFM with micro-manager.

Has been considered already?

Current status (afaik)

I see no support for the Raspberry Pi camera(s) here: https://micro-manager.org/Device_Support (the PICam/PVCAM seems to be something different).

uM seems to at least run in the Raspberry Pi 4: http://kmdouglass.github.io/posts/micro-manager-on-the-raspberry-pi/

Support for the SangaBoard stage would also be nice of course (and possibly easiest to implement).
