Re-order content on settings-camera in the web app

Summary

In the Web App under the settings > Camera tab the controls have th elow level inputs at teh top, and the user friendly auto buttons at the bottom. When teh auto was only auto full calibrate that made sense. Now that auto has auto gain & shutterspeed this is a button that users will want often.

Also, the manual gain settings are really hard to use, but auto might not get quite the gain you want. A brighter and darker button would be great.

As well as swapping the automatic calibration and manual settings, also suggest re-naming automatic calibration to automatic settingsand then put thefull automatic calibration` after the three separate parts?
