microscope.camera.array() defaults changed

Summary

The phase contrast extension uses microscope.camera.array() to get an array of the image for further processing. The behaviour has now changed so that it no longer has an argument for use_video_resolution but defaults to using the video resolution. We would like to retain being able to use the full image resolution with that function if possible.
