Closing "Connect to Microscope" windows closes all Webapp windows

In v5, closing the window which allows connecting to a microscope also closes any windows running a microscope webapp

Steps to reproduce

Open Connect v5. We'll call this window 1.

Use window 1 to connect to a microscope. This opens window 2

Close window 1. Window 2 will also close.
