Separate out "processes" from "responsibilities" in the Role descriptions

The Roles section is rather large and contains a mixture of descriptions of "responsibilities" (what I must do) alongside descriptions of "processes" (how I should go about doing it). See for example "Code Reviewer" or "Epic Planning". Perhaps some of those process descriptions could be moved to "Task workflows" or "Process sprints"
