intended reading: gitlab "all-remote" culture (3rd party site change)
The intended reading material is unclear

Problem
I brought this up because the most prominent link on the linked page features a Sales-Lead gated WhitePaper, which I beleive is not the intended reading (as its unavailable),so the question is, "what is the intended reading?"
My guess is this the intended reading resource has grown and moved but most prominently starts here: https://about.gitlab.com/company/culture/all-remote/guide/ There are a lot of links in this section, and its unclear to me if the entirety is the recommended reading.
Github makes their source available here (used to create estimations): https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/tree/master/sites/marketing/source/company/culture/all-remote
At time of writing the source enumerates to as many as 71 documents, or 135245 words (est reading ~8-12 hr)
Is this entire corpus is recommended reading? Is there a few sections of the all-remote guide that are the intended reeading?
