[BB-4694] Sprints v2 - Preparing Remote Usability Tests
Story
"As a UX designer, I want to plan remote usability tests, write test instructions, and prepare test users to increase the likelihood that usability tests provide valuable feedback on the Sprints application."
Full description
UX designers will start by familiarising themselves with the current Sprints application. This will involve going through the discovery, previous demos and discussions, and interacting with the app itself. Once they understand the goals of the application, they will be able to structure the remote usability tests more effectively.
In preparation for the remote usability tests, UX designers will write scripts and test instructions so that test users know exactly what needs to be done during their test.
Completion criteria
- UX designers are familiarised with the Sprints application
- The structure of the usability tests has been determined
- Scripts and instructions have been written and added to the GitLab repository
- Test users have all been sent a message of what to expect during their test
