[BB-3786] Port Logo Page to the overlay menu

Story

"As an OpenCraft Developer, I want to port the logo update page to the new console"

Full description

The logo update page is separated out and implement in the new style in a previous ticket[?]. We need to port this page to the sidebar nav overlay menu.

Zeplin mock shows the wireframe of how it should look

Completion criteria

Logo page should be ported to the overlay sidebar in the new console page
