[SE-4171] Workflow Manager: Scheduling Usability Tests

Story

"As a UX designer, I want the usability tests to be scheduled with the applicable test users so that everyone is prepared for the first phase of usability testing for the Workflow Manager."

Full description

Now that the UI/UX discovery has been completed, it’s important to conduct usability tests to confirm whether our initial decisions need any adjustment.

The most applicable members of the OpenCraft team must be selected to serve as test users. This decision can be based on the member's previous experience with a specific tool currently used at OpenCraft, or a particular workflow or process.

Since the usability tests will be conducted live, the participants (the person running the test, as well as the test user) must determine a date and time that works for both of them.

Completion criteria

  • The first feature to build has been determined
  • Test users have been selected
  • All usability tests have been scheduled

Review Timeline

  • Ready for review by the end of the sprint
