ocpirun Should throw an error when options are used incorrectly
Summary
When running ocpirun, if you give it incorrect option or enter the command incorrectly it should error out.
Steps to reproduce
Just an example but if you add -P to the name of the application xml and put file_read=centos7
then there is no error thrown.
ocpirun -v -d -m bias=hdl testbias.xml-P file_read=centos7 -P file_write=centos7
Expected correct behavior
Options should be entered correctly and anything else should give an error such as "xyz is not a valid option"
or xyz is not a valid commnad
Acceptance criteria
Run ocpirun in an incorrect manner as explained above and throw an error.
