OpenCPI Source Setup dialog has confusing text

The wording on the “OpenCPI Source Setup” window is a little unclear. Mentioning the config file is probably un-necessary, and a bit confusing.

Acceptance Criteria

Rewrite the dialog to be more accurate to the dialog's purpose.
