Exits without any message on Windows
I have tried multiple versions of OpenConnect MinGW64/GnuTLS on my Windows 10 20H2 virtual machine:
* [tip of branch `master`](https://gitlab.com/openconnect/openconnect/-/commit/1bf24bd5bbebd24d49f1103098e5ff9eaafce1c0)
* [branch `working_version`](https://gitlab.com/openconnect/openconnect/-/commit/4a77079d4401bdcda18925f5af23ae81181df151) I have just created to build artefacts using a commit that has been working well for me
* [branch `tdebaets:windows_ctrl_signal_handler`](https://gitlab.com/tdebaets/openconnect/-/tree/windows_ctrl_signal_handler)
I was able to run OpenConnect successfully only **once** this morning. All subsequent runs have been failing consistently. OpenConnect runs smoothly until `vpnc-script-win.js` is executed, then OpenConnect exits abruptly without printing anything:

<summary>Error reported by Event Viewer</summary>

</details>
This is probably not an OpenConnect issue. Instead, something must have changed on this machine, triggering this error, but I am unable to tell what. The Event Viewer does report an error, but it doesn't make sense to me. Any clue how to debug this?
