Issue with Ocserv Stats-Report Timing

Dear Community,

I would like to bring to your attention a problem we are experiencing with the stats-report configuration in Ocserv. We have set the stats-report interval to 60 seconds in the settings; however, Ocserv does not consistently send the reports to the RADIUS server at this interval.

In some cases, the reports are sent after 60 seconds, while at other times, they are delayed by up to 70 seconds. This inconsistency appears to be arbitrary and is causing significant issues. As a result, the RADIUS server is unable to accurately monitor the status of users, which can lead to complications in user management and reporting.
