Comments
Issue is known, but can be resolved only if original CISCO AnyConnect VPN server is used:
- if change settings at the original CISCO VPN server. See Fix VPN Error - VPN establishment capability for a remote user is disabled - Cisco Secure Access.
- Modify C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile\Profile.xml. It is absent after installation of just cisco-secure-client-win-5.1.2.42-core-vpn-predeploy-k9.msi and, as I unerstood, generated/updated during connect to the original CISCO VPN server. See How to enable (and hack) Cisco AnyConnect VPN through Remote Desktop
