Dtls handshake timed out

I have a problem with ocserv 1.1.0. Tried to install on different os, but no results. On a client side have: 00:45:41 LIB: DTLS handshake timed out 00:45:41 LIB: DTLS handshake failed: Resource temporarily unavailable, try again. If someone knows how to fix this, help please
