Cannot open self hosted https sites on my local lan while http works

Just noticed that I cannot open any of my self hosted local sites using https/443 (err_connection_closed) and if I try using http/80 they all open fine. All the local sites have a valid LetsEncrypt certificate. Also tested with Cisco Anyconnect and it works fine over there, looks like the problem is with the new Android version of this app.

Server = ocserv.

Maybe some one else can verify the problem.
