Publish to F-Droid

F-Droid is a popular Android package manager (or "app store", like Google Play) focused on Open Source apps.

Their repo currently has the app.openconnect package built from cernekee/ics-openconnect, which this repo is apparently based on. In the past I've used both the F-Droid version and manually built from this repo (since app.openconnect didn't support later Android versions) and now there's finally a first stable release (congrats on that! 🎉).

This situation could be a bit confusing to users since this repo looks more "official" but is basically a fork and the original cernekee version isn't actively maintained. Hence it would be great if

  1. this could become the official and only OpenConnect for Android project and all contributions happen here as well (already the case)
  2. F-Droid could remove the app.openconnect package in favor of this one (net.openconnect_vpn.android) → Request for Packaging, this requires consent from devs
