Fixes ISSUE-50205. Remove obsolete Create Document / CreateTest

Merged Stefan Huehner requested to merge openbravo/devel/openbravo:fr/50205-remove-createDocument-createTest into master

That is ancient menu entry / servlet which only shows an hardcoded error message. As it is now used for any development / automated testing it is removed here.
