Fixes ISSUE-50204. Delete unused menu entry Openbravo

That long time disabled menu entry points to Openbravo homepage. Apart from being disabled it also opens it in an Openbravo 'tab'.

Same link is still available via the "Powered by Openbravo" top right logo which opens it is a new browser tab.
