Fixes ISSUE-29853. Remove ant validate.database (broken since before 2015)

Stefan Huehner requested to merge huehner/openbravo:fix/29853-remove-validate.database into master

This task does not work cleanly since at least since 2015. The validations done (implemented in DatabaseValidator) are also executed during ExportDatabase (for the module being exported) so no functionality is actually lost.

Apart from the MR documentation needs to be updated. Checking for the task seems duplicated text in both:
