Behavior of Weaken/Curse/etc spells needs adjustment

The message is "Warning! Playername is shooting at you!" followed by "Your strength has been reduced by a weaken spell!"

Her opponent casts the spell twice in a fairly quick succession. After this, she hovers over her stat menu and it shows "Strength: 98/98". This indicates the spell can be cast twice to eliminate the effects of a potion.

At minimum, our messages for these spells needs adjusting:
