Observatory Quest not properly distributing exp.

I recently did the Observatory quest on a new account in order to get hits exp. I took the time to look through the telescope to observe the proper constellation (Leo). This should have granted me the hits exp I was looking for. Instead I only received the crafting exp and quest points for the quest. Is there anyway that I can receive the hits exp I am looking for and can the issue be fixed?

Edit: It looks like the problem was corrected for the quest. The account name is Spudypoo if that helps with distributing the exp to the account.
