Certing/Decerting dialog options name & capitalization need to be same as Original RSC

Twisted discovered APOS script for Metal Certing was broken. Reason was discovered by Just Monika. Monika states that For example, S_Certer is looking for "steel bar" as the dialogue option but the ingame option is "Steel".
