StackGres Documentation styling improvements
A few suggestions for minor improvements to the Documentation styling:
- Relative to the ToC (Table of Contents):
-
Solve the apparent vertical missalign of the vertical bars and the text next to them. E.g.: Here you can see for example that the bar next to "AWS S3" starts way above the text and ends at the middle of the vertical box of the text. Unless the next item is implemented (see below), I'd expect this vertical bar to start and end, approximately (or exactly) where the vertical box for the text is.
-
Consider adding a "threaded" look to the (currently) vertical bars that form part of the ToC (Table of Contents), similar (potentially) to the une used by Twitter (actually inspired by Reddit): The key are the horizontal part of the lines (which doesn't necessarily need to be curved) that make it clearer the indentation level.
-
Find a better way to highlight the current item in the tree, since it looks like it is a child of the previous item.

General comments:
-
Enhance styling of commands and output. See for example: https://stackgres.io/doc/latest/tutorial/prerequisites/kubernetes-environment/aws-eks/ at the bottom of the page. The command ( kubectl cluster-info
) is relevant, however it is rendered "less bold-ly" than the output (below), which is less relevant. Current markup usesbash
syntax for the command text block andplain
for the output. We might either establish a convention of using specific markups; or change styling and use the same markups (which potentially makes more sense). -
See if there's a way to style one specific part of an otherwise plain code-formatted block. For example, in https://stackgres.io/doc/latest/tutorial/stackgres-installation/, the output of the command kubectl -n stackgres get svc --field-selector metadata.name=stackgres-restapi
should highlight clearly theaa82c8ec1082142cba68d9f19980478d-2039466138.us-east-2.elb.amazonaws.com
part of the output (bold, red color, different color, etc), as it is a fact to note. -
Fix background color of an image container when viewed on the lightbox popup -
Move Version selector on top of the Search bar
