nginx fails to start on IPv4 only networks

Summary

The stackgres-restapi pod is crashlooping from what looks like nginx failing to use ipv6 (ipv6 doesn't quite work in the environment we're in)

Current Behaviour

stackgres-restapi pod is crashlooping

Steps to reproduce

Install stackgres on a cluster that doesn't support ipv6

Expected Behaviour

stackgres-restapi runs regardless of ipv6 or ipv4 compatibility

Possible Solution

Removing the listen [::]:8090 line let the pod startup, but that's not a long term solution

Environment

• StackGres version: 1.17.2
• Kubernetes version: Talos 1.33.4
• Cloud provider or hardware configuration: Hetzner hcloud
