Add support for DDP and ShardingSphere cluster management in the Web Console

SGShardedCluster new sharding technology ddp and shardingsphare where added to StackGres. See also #2586 and #2580

Implementation plan

Allow to set sharding technologies type ddp and shardingsphere.

Also include the new section SGShardedCluster.spec.coordinator.configurations.shardingSphere.
