Volume downsize runbook not working

After applying patch sgcluster from Volume downsize runbook

Error from server (https://stackgres.io/doc/1.3/api/responses/error#forbidden-cluster-update): admission webhook "sgcluster.stackgres-operator.stackgres" denied the request: Decrease of persistent volume size is not supported

My workaround is remove admission webhooks and then patch the sgcluster's pod size.
