pgio not displaying anything for any postgres related processes, just showing data for 'other'

Hi, I have installed pgio but it is not displaying anything for any postgres related processes, just showing data for 'other'. For archiver it is expected, but other processes also showing 0. How is that possible? Please help. Do I need to turn on any setting?
