Deploy pgio on postgres nodes

Deploy pgio in postgres nodes and configure it to push to prometheus.

Matteo Melli can help with this and can be the technical point reference for this.

An additional idea, will be pgio pushing to postgres and submit to Prom through postgres_exporter's queries.yaml.
