Add LSF community container to development deployment

Summary

For testing LSF support -- including in the CI --, there should be a LSF container in the development deployment.

Details

  • Find a LSF-in-a-Container version that we can use.
  • Add it to the development Docker-Compose deployment.
  • Make sure all tests run on that LSF instance.

  • Run the LSF integration tests in the container locally.
  • Run the LSF integration tests in the container in the CI.
