Comment keyword to exclude a timeslot that only had a few minutes work.

Already have TSADD mechanism to add a missed timeslot:

Want to have an equivalent TSDEL to remove a timeslot that had only a few minutes work done in it.

This could leave the slot in the table but remove its start-finish time. Should also be excluded from the hours worked.
