Support for Movie Extras

Someway to handle movie extras / behind the scenes etc without having to manually adjust scanner.

Should determine if a movie is inside a folder, then search within that for folders with video files inside and correlate them to that movie ID. This is probably linked to #131 since it will allow for generic video files.
