OpenXML Filter: XLSX: automatically accept revisions

There is no support for the automatic acceptance of revisions at the moment.

The behaviour has to be correlated with the bPreferenceAutomaticallyAcceptRevisions filter parameter (i.e. if the parameter value is false and some kind of revision information is present, then OkapiUnexpectedRevisionException has to be thrown).
