IDML Filter: allow optional inline extraction of break elements

Sometimes, there may happen content with manually wrapped lines. E.g.:

1st line
2nd line

Normally, there will be extracted 2 textual units. However, depending on someone's creativity, this could be treated as 1 textual unit and there is no way to justify this somehow.
