MIf Filter: extract numbered paragraphs for translation

Consider the following case.

Every paragraph is prepended with formatted strings (aka “Prepending autonumber:”, “->” or “1.>”) which are not available for translation. It would be wise to extract only those which are in use (referenced without overriding) though.
