Support XLIFF 1.2 context-group element

Hi.

I'm wondering if you support read/write XLIFF includes a context-group xml structure. based on XLIFF 1.2 specification the context-group is supported but i couldn't find any example inside Okapi framework source code shows how to read/write it.
