CheckMate: Uploading multiple files for QA fails

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Drag some Trados TTX files into CheckMate new session
2. Input Document dialog appears, and select Filter Configuration to be okf_ttx
3. Check "Accept all next documents with their defaults"
4. Error dialog appears with the message: "The string " is not a know configuration ID."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All the TTX files to import successfully into a session.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CheckMate v0.15
Java version 1.7.03
Windows 7 - 64-bit OS
