Google MT v2 Connector

I want to try Google MT v2 Connector while translating using Tikal tool. Do I have to download/install this connector separately or is it part of the existing toolkit?

I only find usage on Google MT connector (soon to be deprecated) at http://www.opentag.com/okapi/wiki/index.php?title=Tikal\_-\_Translation\_Commands

I am using Tikal on Windows 64-bit (Includes Libraries)
