OpenXML Filter: DOCX and XLSX: support showing masked/excluded text
When text is masked/excluded by highlight, color or style, it should be available for observation in the scope of extracted code. I.e. the net.sf.okapi.common.resource.Code#getDisplayText method should return the mased text. This would be reflected to the equiv-text attribute in XLIFF.
