OpenXML Filter: XLSX: a cell style font is prioritised over the inline one on exclusion

The above image shows us a selected cell which font style is red. At the same time, inline formatting is not considered when the colour exclusion is performed. Thus, the whole cell is excluded from extraction.

So, the inline styles have to be prioritised over the cell styles.
