OpenXML Filter: DOCX: direct wpml toggle property values mistakenly removed

The original bold property has switched from false to true. I think this is happening due to the tools handling differences with the prescribed by the specification toggle nature. Most probably, the properties are just substituted by the recently seen in the styles hierarchy.
