Indesign and ICML filter: Support option to extract hyperlinks as translatable text...

Are hyperlinks extracted by default - wasn’t clear in the code. In any case we have a customer request to add an option extract all URL’s as translatable text.

I will attempt to get a small text file created and will attach here.
