OpenXML Filter UI: develop UI for the complex column configurations

This is a follow-up for issues #1059 (closed), #1060 (closed), #1061 (closed), #1062 (closed) and #1096 (closed), which provided worksheet configuration filter parameters but did not give a UI for them. So, the scope of this issue is to equip Rainbow with all corresponding functionality.

Also, the deprecated ConditionalParameters#tsExcelExcludedColumns parameter and all affiliated code should be removed.
